Meet Lydia Frens
I founded Career Designs because I'm passionate about helping individuals understand who they are and where they might fit in the world of work.
I see work as an outlet for the talents and temperaments unique to each one of us as well as a way of creating community because we can benefit from the expertise of those around us.
I've been a career counselor in college career development offices, served as a high school internship director, and worked in the human resources department of a manufacturing company. I hold a Master of Education degree, with an Adult and Higher Education focus.
